About me and my therapy practice
I provide a non-judgemental space for you to become more self-aware, grow and change. I'll work with you to help rethink existing patterns of behaviour, improve your self-esteem, enhance self-acceptance and have more fruitful relationships with the significant other people in your life. I have a particular focus on depression, anxiety and sexuality/identity issues.
My training and experience
I have trained in the humanistic integrative approach to psychotherapy. This means that I believe in your capacity to change, and that I can use different theoretical approaches depending on your needs. These approaches include person-centred therapy, psychodynamic therapy and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). I also have a strong interest in transactional analysis (TA) and bring relevant theory and models into my work.
I charge 50 pounds (Muswell Hill) or 55 pounds (Crouch End) per session.
I also offer a reduced rate of 45 pounds per session (either location) for students and those on a low income.
