About me and my therapy practice
BSc, MBPsS, MBACP (reg.).
You might often want to talk about a myriad of things which may have led you to looking for counselling or psychotherapy which I'd be happy to explore with you.
I work in a relational and integrative style of therapy (typically one-to-one or two-to-one with couples), which means that I can help you look for the right tools to achieve the outcomes you’re aiming for through differing therapeutic styles and techniques.
I've trained in Cognitive Behavioural, Humanistic and Psychodynamic models of therapy.
I am a candidate at the University of Roehampton currently studying the “Counselling Psychology (Psych D)” doctoral degree.
Under the criteria for the Counselling Psychology degree, I have worked in NHS primary and secondary care for North East London Foundation Trust (NELFT) NHS as an honorary psychologist, and I've also worked at MIND as a long-term therapist through placements.
Previously, I've worked in NHS acute psychiatric services as part of a multi-disciplinary team alongside community psychiatric nurses, doctors, approved mental health professionals, psychologists and psychiatrists.
