About me and my therapy practice
Hello, I'm an experience counsellor in central Croydon. Counselling can help when you are finding it difficult to cope. It is normal to feel anxious or depressed at times but has been going on for too long? Maybe you are feeling angry or numb? Have you had a loss or a bereavement? When we struggle with our feelings and/or thoughts it can have a big impact on large parts of our lives - relationships, work and your own wellbeing and peace of mind. You might feel overwhelmed. You might be experiencing panic attacks which can feel very frightening.
You might have tried dealing with this on your own or talking to friends and family has not worked or is not possible. Talking to a qualified therapist provides a confidential and safe space for you to begin to talk about what is troubling you.
I work in a non-judgemental, open minded way and will help you to talk through what you are going through and to explore how events from the past can contribute to your life right now. I work in a practical and grounded way and that includes offering techniques that can be helpful on a day to day basis.
It can feel daunting to contact a counsellor but can be an important step to start to feel better. Things don't have to go on the way they are.
I have appointments during the day and in the evenings. I'm within easy reach by trains, tram, bus - parking nearby.
