About me and my therapy practice
A safe, confidential space for you to explore your situation. I use warm, non-judgemental responses to help you to talk about anything that troubles you now or in the past.
My approach to therapy is integrative. The most important element is to establish a trusting working relationship so that you feel valued as a person and supported to make any changes or to move to a more comfortable place in life through increased self-esteem and confidence.
I have been accredited with the BACP since 2001 and have worked in GP practices for over 20 years gaining a vast amount of experience working with a broad range of issues.
I gained a diploma in supervision in 2004 and have in the past supervised a team of counsellors working within GP practices.
I work from a GP practice in Bishop Auckland or an office in Newton Aycliffe.
Please make contact using my email address or mobile telephone number for an initial discussion which may help you to decide if I am the best person to help you.
