Are you Angry or Anxious and finding it hard to Control?

I am an experienced Adult Trauma Counsellor, Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor creating a safe private space where you can speak about anything that is holding you in a place that doesn’t suit you here and now. I can help you resolve difficulties, such as anxiety, anger, self-harm or panic attacks and flash backs (which may have been around from childhood bullying, emotional or physical abuse and could have resulted in complex trauma or PTSD). Also offered are 6hr Anger Management, Anxiety Courses and Clinical Supervision for both trainee and qualified counsellors.

Specialising in trauma work, Ive practiced at Centre for Action on Rape and Abuse, Helen Rollason Cancer Charity, worked with EAP companies such as Royal Mail and Shaw Trust.

My first session

Your first session with me is an assessment costing just £20, it is a chance for us to discuss your needs and agree a way of working together.

Counselling sessions are £39 or I offer a concessionary rate of £195 for 6 sessions when prepaid in full in advance.
