About me and my therapy practice

I am an integrative counsellor with backgrounds in Humanistic Person-centred Counselling and Psychodynamic Counselling. I’m also a fully qualified Relate counsellor trained in Systemic Family Counselling with many hours experience as a couples counsellor.

In my practice I use Transactional Analysis and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to help people challenge unhelpful thought processes and move forward. I have experience in dealing with Personality Disorders, High Functioning Autism and how these contribute to the dynamics of individuals and relationships.

I believe personal growth and better relationships are crucial to well-being. Counselling can provide the tools and insight for this process to take place enabling people to express their thoughts and feelings. Unhelpful patterns and messages are explored, enabling change to take place.
