How do I work with clients?
By listening carefully and in a non-judgmental way to what you bring to therapy, I can help you reexamine the habitual beliefs that influence your attitude towards yourself and others.
This growing awareness can help you choose what is beneficial for you and what may be in the way of your growth and fulfilment. Rather than the therapist suggesting what is good for you, it is you who will decide what is meaningful in your life and what you may want to let go.
Whilst my primary focus in working with clients is psychotherapy, I am also a strong believer that body-focused practices such as yoga, breath work, an improved diet and exercise are important to mental health and in achieving a more balanced lifestyle.
