About me and my therapy practice

Hello, my name is Nicci.

If your life resembles walking down a street, falling down a hole and then not being ablt to get out it, then I am here to help. I am aware that life is difficult at times, and one can feel stuck or overwhelmed. This can have an impact on our selves and relationships.

I also work with those living with Porn and Sex addiction and compulsive behaviours. Working and healing the shame cycle to reveal a healthy sexuality that is authentic to the individual.

Practice description

I work with many presentations which include anxiety , depression, trauma and abuse.

I also work with addictions. Including sex and porn addiction.

We will work through a comprehensive assessment on the first session and talk about how we will work together going forward.

I have a wealth of life experience which enables me to connect with a wide range of individuals. Working in a way that is non shaming and respectful. Thus being present for what ever you bring to the table to talk about.
