About me and my therapy practice

Are you having difficulty in your daily life in the current unprecedented times? Are you going through a crisis, lacking self esteem, or feeling depressed and anxious resulting in emotional stress? As a Senior Accredited BACP Registered counsellor, I can help you explore your thoughts and feelings and how they are affecting you. Confidentially, by telephone, FaceTime or online/ Skype, we can look, in depth, at what is troubling you and explore ways to help you to make changes so that you can manage better.

I am a Registered Adoption Counsellor and have a contract of service with Barnardo's.

In addition, I have extensive experience of working with survivors of childhood sexual abuse and have worked for many years with trainee counsellors.
