About me and my therapy practice
As an integrative therapist I can use a range of interventions but most importantly i focus on developing a relationship with my client, being non judgemental and creating a safe space for my client to share, learn, identify and explore. Together we can work towards achieving positive change and for you to become the best version of you, whatever that might be.
As a Social Worker, I am also passionate about different attachment styles and overcoming childhood trauma. As adults, despite early life and childhood experiences, i believe individuals can work towards building secure attachments in their adult relationships and healing from childhood trauma.
Weekly sessions are most effective. I offer face to face and online sessions to meet your needs and availability offering flexibility, choice, and convenience to fit your busy schedule.
I currently have availability on Thursdays and Fridays. I offer day time and evening appointments.
