About me and my therapy practice

I am a person centred counsellor bringing to my work compassion, warmth and acceptance. Deciding to ask for counselling can be the beginning of moving forward with issues and to making some changes at a time when you are struggling. Person centred counselling starts from a position of believing that you, the client, are the expert in your life - giving you the opportunity to openly share and explore your issues in depth, while being listened to in a caring non-judgemental way. Talking through issues can lead to a greater understanding and insight into your situation which in turn can lead to resolving difficult feelings and issues. It is always inspiring to see clients moving forward with positivity in their lives. My practice is based in Truro and Penzance.

My first session

I offer an initial consultation which costs £25.
