About me and my therapy practice

I am a qualified, integrative counsellor with an MA in Psychology. I offer an open safe space for you to explore your worries. We will talk, and try to discover together the core issues that have brought you to this point; discovering how best to manage any difficulties and to allow you to move forward. I firmly believe we all have the answers within us but it takes a trusting therapeutic relationship which feels right to help us to navigate through to where we feel we need to be.
