About me and my therapy practice

As a therapist, I work short or long term. I specialise in long term work with adults of all ages.

I have trained in trauma and attachment, working with a variety of approaches and theories to provide the best help I can for my clients.

I trained as an Integrative therapist, completing training in several different approaches to meet the needs of my clients.

Practice description

I have a private practise based at my home address, in a quiet location in Ivybridge.

I also provide therapy online.

My first session

I offer a free 30 minute consultation where I can find out about you, my client, and the opportunity to meet me.

I will ask about your current worries and discuss how best I may help you.

At you first session we will form a contract together, taking into account any particular needs you may have.
