About me and my therapy practice

As a psychodynamic therapeutic counsellor I am able to offer you a safe and secure environment in which you can tell your story and to be listened to with care and curiosity. My work with individuals has involved various areas of emotional health including trauma, anxiety and panic disorders. I hope to develop our relationship in order to build trust so that you may bring all your thoughts and feelings to be listened to without fear of judgement. This can provide the space to reflect on your life experience allowing you to make meaning for yourself.

My work with couples focusses on your relationship allowing a safe and comfortable environment to think about struggles and concerns that you are currently facing together.

Practice description

I invite clients to attend three sessions before contracting to allow them to be content with our ability to work together.
