About me and my therapy practice
My approach is collaborative, with an emphasis on the relationship between client and counsellor. I offer a safe and confidential space to discover opportunities for change and to explore complex thoughts and feelings together.
I work relationally, informed by different theoretical and practice traditions in transactional analysis. I believe we all have worth and have the capacity for positive change and personal growth. I work with adults on a long-term, open-ended basis, and offer agreed time-limited sessions.
Practice description
I work from quiet and confidential rooms in East London.
I work with you in both a short and a long-term capacity for a range of concerns; from day-to-day worries, to deep-rooted issues.
My room is located on the ground floor of a beautiful Edwardian listed property. It has its own discrete easily-accessible entryway and is in close proximity to the City, and to Dalston and Haggerston overground stations.
