My work with individuals and couples involves me supporting you on a journey of self-awareness and understanding.

I draw on various models and can combine them to support you as an individual.
My experience working with Tavistock Relationships means I can provides a framework for couples therapy that is supportive and open-minded, with a focus on improving communication.

My first session
Coming to therapy can feel scary and you might be wondering what we’ll do in the first session. Essentially the first session gives you the chance to see whether we can work well together. You may choose to say what brings you to therapy. I will explain my approach to therapy answer any questions you may have. At the end of the first session we can agree to work together, or you may want to think things over in your own time.
Free Consultation: I'm currently working on Zoom and telephone and would be happy to speak with you for a free 15 minute consultation; giving you an opportunity to ask some questions and get comfortable with the process.
