About me and my therapy practice

I'm Romey and welcome to my profile. At some points in our lives we can feel stuck, unable to move forwards, and in need of some extra help. It might be to do with relationship issues, job, family issues, or bereavement. Or we might be struggling with depression, anxiety, or unhealthy behaviours.

I offer a confidential and non judgmental place in which you can talk about, and explore areas of difficulty in your life. My aim is to help my clients create real change. I mainly use Transactional Analysis (TA), but also principles from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness so that I can offer something that is individual to each client.
