Hello I'm Val, I am integrative therapist.

Contacting a counsellor is the first step of your journey. It will give you time to explore the issues you are facing and find the best way for you to resolve them

I have over 17 years experience and I work with individuals, couples.

Practice description

I have safe and comfortable environment for you to explore the challenges affecting you. I work with individuals, and couples.

My practice hours are 8.30am 7.30pm Monday to Friday

Saturday 9.00am - 1.00pm

Emergency appointments available at £65.00 individuals and £85.00 couples

My first session

The first session is to get to know each other and to fact find the reasons for requesting counselling
