About me and my therapy practice

Hi, I’m Louise.

Offering online and telephone counselling means I can work with clients throughout the UK.

I understand that talking about your difficulties may feel overwhelming or anxiety provoking, but by providing a safe space and a caring relationship, I offer you a place to be listened to and to help you to see things differently.

You may be struggling with anxiety or low mood; perhaps family relationships are strained? I use an integrative approach to work with a variety of aspects, utilising techniques to best suit the individual.

Do you need somebody to talk to? Are you unsure where to start? I can support you by discussing a range of issues at your own pace. There is never any pressure to talk. Sometimes you might want to write or draw instead and this is often the gateway to helping you share and work on your difficulties.

I’m a member of BACP, currently offering remote work. Get in touch to book an initial session at a reduced rate.
