About me and my therapy practice
I am an experienced psychotherapist, specializing in working with children and young people aged 11 upwards. With over seven years of experience as a School Counsellor, my passion is helping young people to overcome their mental health difficulties. I work with a range of mental health conditions including anxiety, low mood, eating issues, self-esteem, and anger management.
I have an MA (merit) in Counselling from The University of Manchester and continue to focus on professional development to offer the best possible service to clients. I am also a qualified Autism Assessor.
I also offer monthly webinars for parents to provide advice, and guidance on how to support their child.
