About me and my therapy practice
My psychotherapeutic approach is holistic and integrative, drawing from transpersonal, humanistic, existential and psychodynamic perspectives. This means we can work together using different methods and styles that suit you to be you.
My approach is sensitive and empathetic, facilitating a safe space for you to feel free to connect to your deeper soul and to work towards living your life more fully and more truthfully.
My psychotherapeutic style is based on my career in training, education, social work, child protection, adoption, counselling and psychotherapy, supporting individuals, children and families within the voluntary and statutory sectors.
My first session
We can meet for an initial session to explore your therapeutic wishes and aims and if it feels right for us both to work together we can meet at weekly intervals for either a fixed number of sessions, or more longer term with regular agreed reviews.
