About me and my therapy practice
Thank you for visiting my page, you have taken the first step to embark on your journey. Counselling can support you to bring about change and transformation in your life. This could be around positive events such as choosing a direction or reaching your full potential. It can also help at those times when you are feeling 'a bit stuck'. You may have unresolved matters from your past which are stopping you from moving forward or maybe you are feeling really down, afraid, lost, confused, desperate, angry or overwhelmed. What ever you are hoping for from counselling, I would love to hear from you to discuss your requirement
By accessing counselling you have an opportunity to explore what may be troubling you in a safe, confidential and supportive environment. Saturday sessions available.
It is not always easy to make that first step, but please feel free to make contact to find out a little more around what counselling may be able to offer you, in making the changes you would like to make.
My first session
Our first session together is an opportunity for you to meet with me to make sure you feel comfortable, and that you feel we could work together. We can talk about some of the practical aspects of counselling, for example looking at a contract together and what days/times work well for you. We can also look at what you would like to experience from counselling. You may have some clear thoughts around how you wish counselling to be for you or maybe this will an opportunity to chat and share some of your thoughts and feelings. These are your sessions.
