I offer a free thirty minute initial telephone discussion to explore the issues for which the counselling is necessary, to establish whether a therapeutic connection can be established and answer any questions that a potential client may have about the service offered.

In addition, I am a Fully Qualified Further & Higher Education Teacher and have trained Counsellors for the last Eighteen years. I use these skills to enhance the experience in supporting my Supervisees.

I provide Telephone or Zoom sessions of 1hr or 1.5hrs duration each calendar month, with a commitment to support between appointments if the need arises.

I am a BACP Accredited Practitioner myself and work to the Ethical guidelines of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy.

I offer a concession for Student Counsellors at a rate of £40.00 per 60 mins and £55.00 for 90mins
