About me and my therapy practice
I am an Accredited Counsellor and registered with the BACP as gaining the certificate of proficiency.
I have experience around substance mis-use, Depression, Anxiety, Abuse and General Counselling. I work in primary care through the GP surgeries and will work with all clients needs.
I am also a Clinical Supervisor offering supervision for Integrative Counselling and CBT.
Practice description
I offer face 2 face individual and couples therapy. I work with adults and children (CYP).
I also offer online video and telephone sessions nationally and internationally.
I work long and short term depending on the client needs.
My first session
In the first session, it gives us the opportunity to meet and discuss the issues you wish to work on. You can ask questions and I can explain boundaries, confidentiality and how we might work together.
You can decide if you wish to continue this work at that point.

About me and my therapy practice
I am an Integrative Counsellor and Cognitive Behavioural therapist.
I use my experience, knowledge and skills as a Clinical Supervisor in this area following the need of the supervisee, guided by the ethics of the BACP framework.
Practice description
I offer supervision to qualified and trainee counsellors who are working in either an integrative way and/or CBT.
Usual practice is 1 1/2 hours per month to meet requirements but can be flexible if this is part of a mix of supervision being undertaken.
My first session
First session is used to discuss requirements, way of working, expectations on both sides, contracts and fee's.
