About me and my therapy practice
I am an accredited psychotherapist offering mindfulness based Core Process Psychotherapy, one of the original contemplative approaches to psychotherapy. The approach is informed by Western psychodynamic theory and Eastern philosophy.
Core Process psychotherapy is a mindfulness-based approach that can support us to bring a more spacious awareness to what is difficult and/or causing us to suffer. Practised within an atmosphere of joint-enquiry, kindness and compassion, the approach understands awareness to be intrinsically healing and supportive of our discovering greater choice and freedom in our lives.
I offer weekly individual sessions on a short or long-term basis. Please contact me to arrange an introductory session, where we can discuss your particular needs and requirements, and I can answer any questions you may have.
I work from The Kailash Centre, 7, Newcourt Street, St.John's Wood, London NW8 7AA and the NAOS Institute, 3 Montpelier Avenue, Ealing, London W5 2XP. I have many years professional experience working within NHS psychological services, and currently work for an Independent Provider to the NHS, which specialises in treating dissociative conditions.
I am a member of The European Society for Trauma and Dissociation. BACP Member No. 374495; UKCP Member No. 2011164717
