About me and my therapy practice
I am an Integrative Therapist, which means I bring the learning from a wide range of modalities including Cognitive Behavioural, Psychodynamic and Person-Centred approaches into my work with individuals, couples and groups.
I have a specialist interest in the interplay of nutrition and psychotherapy and have taken a further training in this field to promote improved cognitive function, emotional regulation and body confidence which maximises clients' engagement in the deep, relational therapeutic work.
Practice descriptionIn the current climate, I offer a hybrid service which includes:
- Limited Face to Face (socially distanced in a large, well ventilated room in Harley Street)
- Walk and Talk on beautiful Richmond Green
