About me and my therapy practice

I have over 19 years’ experience working with people.

I'm a qualified psychotherapist and registered member of the BACP.

I am passionate about not only helping my clients to overcome presenting issues and difficulties, but I will work with you, at your own pace, using a blended therapy approach to suit your individual needs.

I work with people, on the here and now, addressing - anxiety, stress and depression that is making life feel overwhelming and exhausting, supporting general well-being and bringing moments of mindfulness into everyday life. Whilst, at the same time, working on deep routed mental health issues that are contributing to unhelpful repetitive negative thoughts, low levels of self-esteem, sleep issues and more.

For me, each of my clients are individuals, and its about getting the right balance for you - seeing what works and what doesn't work, promoting change together.
