About me and my therapy practice
We all need someone to talk to, especially in times of stress, depression or crisis. Counselling can help you sort out your problems, improve your confidence and enhance your life.
I have worked as a counselling psychologist and humanistic counsellor for 25 years and see therapy as a dialogue in the deepest and most genuine sense, i.e. an encounter where both partners may be changed but where the counsellor's congruence, unconditional positive regard and empathy will help you move towards fulfilment of your inherent potential. I believe that our work together will be ultimately redemptive and healing whatever your problems may be, as long as you are willing to trust the process.
