About me and my therapy practice
I am a fully qualified counselling professional who is passionate about talking therapy. I offer a down to earth approach, with genuine support and warmth, as you explore your issues and concerns in a safe and confidential space.
There are times in life when many of us feel overwhelmed, stuck, or face difficult choices; for many different reasons. It is in how we meet these challenges and work through them, that enables us to live life to our full potential. Many clients feel a sense of relief in sharing their concerns, where the whole self can be expressed and experienced fully in a non-judgemental environment. The decision to enter therapy and face your issues takes courage, and I will support you through the process.
