About me and my therapy practice
Are you feeling low or depressed, experiencing anxiety or stress, grieving for the loss of a loved one, a marriage, job or relationship? Perhaps you feel lost, scared or confused, struggling with your health, or as a carer. Or coping with exam stress, or bullying. It can be overwhelming. If this sounds familiar, then I may be able to support you explore these issues.
Why me? I work in a person-centred way. This means I work alongside you to explore your thoughts and feelings. I won’t tell you what to do, or judge you. I am here to listen, and help you work through distressing emotions. Counselling can give you clarity, gaining the confidence you need to move forward. It’s not easy, but working in a safe and confidential environment will help you work through these painful experiences.
I work within the BACP ethical framework, providing a safe, confidential and trusting space in which to explore challenging emotions. Previous clients have described me as warm, accepting, approachable, caring, friendly and trustworthy.
It’s never easy to explore things that hurt, confuse or scare us. In the first session, we will discuss how we will work together. Ask as many questions as you need to help you decide. I have comfortable rooms in Liverpool City Centre.
