About me and my therapy practice
Sometimes life may feel difficult to manage. Thoughts, feelings, and life situations may feel overwhelming and challenging. Anxieties, low confidence, and fears may be holding you back. Counselling can help to explore these struggles further and together we can reflect and build on your relationship with yourself, others, and the environment. I provide a safe, confidential, non-judgemental space to allow you to explore your thoughts and feelings comfortably. We will work together to create a strong therapeutic relationship that can help to facilitate the change you are seeking.
Taking the first steps towards seeking help can feel daunting. I am warm, compassionate, and attentive towards you and your experience. I will work alongside you to help you move forward this difficult period and help reach your desired goals.
I am trained as a relational integrative therapist, which means I am able to draw from a range of different theories and approaches to tailor the session specifically to you and your needs. I have experience with working with issues such as anxiety, depression, low mood and self-esteem, bereavement, suicide and suicide ideation, low confidence, PTSD, childhood & attachment.
I am currently working remotely online or by telephone.

I offer a free 15-minute initial telephone call to discuss if we are compatible to work together therapeutically.
