About me and my therapy practice

The therapeutic work I provide, supports clients to maintain good mental health and wellbeing. 


I am a BACP registered Integrative therapist, offering short to long term therapy to young people and adults. My clients describe me as a supportive, caring and non-judgemental counsellor. I offer you space to explore any problems and to work through them in a way that is most helpful to you. I am passionate about what is going on for individuals, their thoughts, their feelings, whilst listening with an empathetic and accepting nature, which helps clients to move forward and to make positive life changes. 

I am an accomplished, versatile and dynamic therapist, with an excellent reputation for supporting and engaging with young people and their transformation and growth into adults. I inspire and develop individuals to achieve their full potential which in turn has left a lasting legacy, in terms of enhanced client experience and engagement. 

Practice description

As a qualified Integrative therapist, I utilise an effective approach which is contemporary, drawing on a diverse variety of therapeutic models and interventions such as: Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Transactional Analysis, Gestalt and Solution-focused therapies to support the whole of you. Sessions can be face-to-face, via video call or telephone.

In addition to my own practice, I also work in a variety of schools, colleges and adult services across Warwickshire and the West Midlands, delivering one-to-one counselling and psychotherapy as well as group work, with an empathetic, accepting, honest and non-judgmental approach. This allows individuals to freely explore their thoughts and feelings. I listen with a supportive and caring nature, enabling clients to discuss their mental health issues, including: anxiety, depression, low-mood, stress, low self-esteem, eating disorders, self-harm, academic work-related issues, anger, drug & alcohol dependency, sexuality, bereavement, loss and relationships.
