About me and my therapy practice
I am a fully qualified Integrative counsellor, based in Chichester, West Sussex. I will draw on theory and practices of a range of counselling models, according to what best suits you as I believe in the uniqueness of each person.
Counselling provides a safe, confidential environment for you to talk through your concerns you find difficult to deal with on your own or to discuss with friends and family.
I will listen to you with empathy and in a non-judgemental way. I will support you as you become aware of how events and concerns impact your emotions, thoughts, choices and behaviour. Together we can explore to make sense of your experiences and to discover new ways to deal with similar or new experiences. You can develop and gain more self-understanding; and acquire a sense of security, significance and self-worth to help you in the future.

About me and my therapy practice
Working with you and the modality you practice is an essential part of both ethical and competent supervision. I offer a safe professional space either online or by telephone, to allow both personal and professional development.
Clinical supervision allows for structured reflection on your practice, and encourages the development of skills, knowledge, awareness, and ethical judgement, within a supportive relationship.
My responsibilities as a Supervisor are to maintain safe and professional boundaries.
I encourage supervisees to develop autonomous decision-making. I work within the ethical framework that the supervisee practices under.
Practice description
I principally work with the Seven-Eyed model, using Proctor’s supervision triangle of Normative, Formative, and Restorative approach with the Ethics at the centre. However as in my work as counsellor, I will use the integrative aspects in supervision, to tailor to each individual supervisee. My first session
After you completed the Supervisee information document, our first session will be to get to know each other, to get the relevant information and what you are looking for in supervision.
I am happy to supervise you on an ongoing basis with a first review after the sixth supervision session, and thereafter a review after every six months.
