About me and my therapy practice

Do you wonder what life would be like if anxiety didn’t get in your way? Has your energy and motivation been zapped lately? Have you lost a dear one? Do you worry about never being able to feel differently? Perhaps the expectations of others are conflicting with your values and beliefs.

Counselling can help you to tweak your thought processes, to find compassion for yourself, to gain closure on painful past experiences, to make those life changes you’ve been thinking about. I work in the present, or the 'here and now', allowing for exploration of your past experiences in order to inform your choices in the future. 

I commit to being honest, non-judgmental and fully accepting whilst being fully invested in the relationship, so allowing you to lead and set the pace.

Practice description

I have been described as an oasis of calm. Working online and on the phone means that we can work together whilst you’re in your own safe place where you feel able to talk freely. There’s no need to factor in travel time to/from your appointment, and gathering your thoughts after a session is at your pace, not interrupted by the day-to-day around us.
