About me and my therapy practice
I work in a humanistic approach using person-centred therapy. The approach is non-directive and puts you, the client, at the centre of the therapy. You are the expert on you and my role is to be alongside you as you explore any issues and difficulties you may be experiencing. Counselling offers a welcome, non-judgemental space where you can be heard and understood.
I am a fully qualified BACP registered counsellor and psychotherapist and have worked with clients experiencing anxiety, stress, relationships, depression, bereavement, loss and trauma.
