About me and my therapy practice
I work in a humanistic approach using person-centred therapy. The approach is non-directive and puts you, the client, at the centre of the therapy. You are the expert on you and my role is to be alongside you as you explore any issues and difficulties you may be experiencing. Counselling offers a welcome, non-judgemental space where you can be heard and understood.
I am a fully qualified BACP registered counsellor and psychotherapist and have worked with clients experiencing anxiety, stress, relationships, depression, bereavement, loss and trauma.
My practice is situated at The Wellbeing Place in the middle of Chorlton and can be accessed by car or public transport. The room is on the third floor of the building and is only accessible by stairs. The Didsbury Counselling and Therapy Centre located on Burton road is accessible by car and public transport. The room is on the third floor and only accessible by stairs. As well as face to face sessions I offer online and phone sessions lasting 50minutes.
