About me and my therapy practice
Hello, my name is Gill and I am based in St Albans.
I have a Masters degree in Contemporary Therapeutic Counselling and a background of 30 years as an NHS professional. I have worked as a counsellor with clients on a range of issues over several years . I believe that to be able to talk to a professional about yourself and your life experiences completely confidentially and without judgement can be really helpful.
My initial training was primarily psychodynamic and person centred but having access to a range of therapeutic techniques can be useful.
The counselling relationship is really important and so I offer a free half hour initial consultation to enable us to meet and establish whether we wish to work together. Please email me or leave me a message and I will contact you so that we can arrange a mutually convenient time to meet.
I have a quiet space in St Albans with easy parking and I look forward to meeting you.
