How can I help you?

There are many different reasons why people come for counselling and there is no reason too small if it’s having a negative impact on you, how you feel and how it affects your life. I'm a BACP accredited counsellor with a broad range of experience, trained to work with many different presenting issues for young people (aged over 16) and adults. 

In addition to my core training, I've worked in bereavement support, supporting victims of sexual violence, domestic abuse and I'm also registered through Barnardos to work with adults with adoption issues (whether past or current).

What you can expect?

I believe that at the heart of therapy lies the relationship you can build with your counsellor so it's really important for me that you feel at ease.  With that in mind, I invite you to get in touch to see how counselling might be for you, either via email or by phone and I'll get back to you (usually within 24 hours Mon-Fri)

After a brief phone call (lasting 10-15 mins), we can then arrange a mutually convenient time if we decide to work together. 

Counselling takes place in my garden therapy room based in Cherhill with free parking provided. During this session, you'll get a sense of what it might feel like to be working with me. Any further sessions are then arranged by mutual agreement for the same time on the same day each week and last for one hour.
