About me and my therapy practice
I’m an experienced person centered and CBT Counselor who can help shape your perspective into a healthy and productive one. Whether it’s your career, your relationships, or anything else that’s important to you, I’ll help you develop the habits and skills to effectively deal with the challenges and emotional moments you may encounter in life.
I specialise in bereavement and lose, while also helping clients identify and achieve their personal goals. Together with clients we develop coping strategies for dealing with the issues that are causing them distress, anxiety, and stress. I take great pride in the progress and success of my clients, and feel privileged to support and walk alongside clients through their issues.
