About me and my therapy practice

I am a Person-Centred Counsellor and alongside listening and reflecting with you, I use a variety of techniques tailored to the individual client as I believe there is no one size fits all approach and each client is unique.

I provide a non-judgmental, supportive, confidential space to explore any issues that you may be having. I have experience with a wide range of clients and presenting issues.
