About me and my therapy practice

Whatever brings you to analysis – trauma, depression, a feeling that something has not been right for a long time but it never seems to be the right time to face it, anxiety, hopelessness, feeling lost and misunderstood, different from others or just wanting to have a better relationship with yourself – the underlying desire is for change. My approach focuses on the change you feel you want to make, at this time and at your pace.

My consulting room is in Carshalton Beeches and I offer twice weekly therapy sessions.

Practice description

I work to a psychoanalytic model, with a preference for twice weekly sessions. The allows quality time for in-depth exploration of your experience of the world, and to facilitate change and acceptance.
