About me and my therapy practice
Whether you are feeling anxious, depressed, overwhelmed or experiencing any other feeling that precludes you from enjoying your life and reaching your potential, therapy will offer you a safe space where you can reconnect with yourself.
As a person-centred counsellor I believe that when offered a non-judgemental, welcoming space and warmth, you can find your own solutions and paths that would lead you to growth and resilience. I consider assisting you in that journey to self-awareness and self-fulfilment a privilege and I will respect the uniqueness of your own process.
I am a fully qualified counsellor, BACP member and have experience in working with anxiety, depression, anger, loss, relationship issues, trauma, addiction and low self-esteem.
I offer counselling in English and Polish and welcome clients from a range of ages and backgrounds.
Practice descriptionBefore we start meeting for regular sessions, I offer free 20-30 minutes long consultation call via phone or videocall to introduce the approach of therapy I use and answer any questions you may have. If we decide we are a good fit, I will offer you weekly counselling sessions (50 minutes) in person or via videocall. These sessions are one to one and held in a private room in the Northern Quarter, Manchester.
