About me and my therapy practice
Online/telephone counselling available!
Being a Person-Centred therapist, I believe in the process we are each going through. I’m convinced by the inner power each individual has and our own ability to make lives better. But you don't have to do it alone - I strive to provide this safe and reflective environment for those changes to happen, I hope to build this supportive relationship with you, for you to explore and grow, to realise the strength you really have.
I have a Master's Degree (with Merit) in Person-Centred Experiential Counselling & Psychotherapy, also an Advanced Diploma in Person-Centred Couple Counselling. I am an Accredited Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy ("MBACP(Accred)"). I am also a qualified Supervisor with Post Graduate Certificate in Supervision.
Practice description
Even though I don't diagnose, I have worked with clients presenting diagnoses like Depression, Anxiety Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorder, etc.
While I know sometimes these terms give us clarity, make us feel accepted, understood and less alone, I can also imagine the extreme complexity of what they mean to each person.
I am not only curious about what diagnoses you have, what your problems mean to you, I would also love to get to know you as a person, a person that has been through unique experiences, has unique feelings and thoughts, and has enormous potential yet to be discovered.
I look forward to working closely with you through various struggles. I'm sure that'll be a tough but beautiful process - I don’t only hope you can survive, but more, let’s thrive.
