• maintain a high level of productivity, be creative and have empathy for their clients (prevention of burnout)
• take care of their emotional health and professional relationships (self, clients, colleagues and managers)
• explore and resolve or learn to live with the inevitable tensions that arise between personal, professional and organisational values
• process the vicarious trauma which helping professionals experience in their daily working lives.
Qualified to Masters level (UOBristol, 2005).
