About me and my therapy practice

I am an integrative psychotherapy: giving me an opportunity to be able to meet all my clients needs. I offer both time limited and long term therapy sessions , Within this pandemic period I am available for telephone as well as zoom services.

Face to face therapy will resume as per government guidelines

Practice description

I have worked extensively with eating disorder clients

Mainly using the psycho-dynamic and the CBT models

I have worked extensively with women with a diagnosis of personality disorder with DBT model of therapy

Most of my clients have benefited from the time limited
