About me and my therapy practice
Many people find it very beneficial to have a regular time to focus on deeper needs. Too often, we tell ourselves that others are worse off than us and that we should be able to manage. My aim is to help you to understand yourself better and to work through any sense of being stuck with particular difficulties.
I offer a peaceful location ten minutes walk from Glastonbury High Street. Parking also available. In terms of access, there is one fairly small step.
I have come to value the power of our non-verbal thoughts and I find that some thoughts can be expressed much more easily by image-making than trying to put them into words. We can use creative approaches in our work together if you wish. The subconscious expresses itself in many ways.
I can help with issues such as bereavement, anxiety, depression, feeling overwhelmed, relationship difficulties, changing relationships, issues from childhood, feeling stuck with your life, uncertain sense of self, creativity not flowing, trauma, either recent or historic, and coping with illness.
