About me and my therapy practice
I believe that for therapy to be effective, an environment of trust and genuine care is essential. As a result, I endeavour to attend to all thoughts, feelings, and experiences you share in therapy with warmth and unconditional acceptance. Regardless of whether you have a specific goal in mind or just need a space to process difficult emotions, we will ensure that your needs are tended to in a way that works for you.
My approach to therapy is informed by both cognitive-behavioural and person-centred traditions. During sessions, we may draw on a range of techniques from both traditions to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours around experiences that you are struggling with or otherwise want to understand better.
