About me and my therapy practice

I am an experienced and Accredited Psychotherapist, Counsellor and Supervisor, registered with BACP and ITAA, I am also Enhanced DBS checked.

I am located both in Wilmslow and Alderley Edge, which means I am really accessible to clients from both SK9 areas and also clients located in WA16 such as Knutsford, Cheshire and Macclesfield.

I have over 15 years experience in working with, adults, couples, children and adolescents on a wide spectrum of issues, such as, depression and anxiety, stress, exam stress. Post-natal depression, panic disorder, relationship issues, conflict, separation and divorce, affairs and betrayals, anger management and work related difficulties, bereavement and loss, OCD, weight issues and low self-esteem.

My first session

The first session is an opportunity to discuss what brings you to Counselling and also what outcome you are looking for from sessions. It is also a great opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the process of Therapy.
