About me and my therapy practice
I am an integrative counsellor and have experience of working with clients with a range of difficulties, including: anxiery, depression, low mood, grief, relationship problems, loneliness and isolation, work-related stress, feeling stuck and not feeling able to move forward.
Every person is unique, so I take an individual approach with each client.
I am respectful and compassionate in my approach. We will work together to make sense of your difficulties - counselling is a truly collaborative process.
I am dedicated to helping you heal from past trauma and live your life in the most meaningful way possible.
I am based in north London and I'm currently offering face to face sessions in Covid-secure rooms in N12, as well as virtual sessions via Zoom.
Alongside my private practice, I see clients with anxiety / depression in a charity / NHS setting.
I also have experience working in a bereavement counselling service.
My first session
It is not always easy to know how many sessions will be helpful for you, until we begin. Once we have had our initial session and I understand a bit more about what may be going on for you, we will agree whether to work together on a short-term basis or take a longer-term approach.
We will start with a minimum of six sessions, to ensure you have enough time to explore what brought you to therapy in the first place.
