About me and my therapy practice
I offer individual, couples' and family counselling for a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting challenges, family conflict, eating disorders, substance misuse, medical concerns, spiritual and career development. I offer a compassionate, integrative approach that focusses on strengths and growth.
Practice description
I operate an individual practice in an accessible private, cosy office in the heart of the historic market town of Witney. My office is convenient to public transport, free parking, local shops, coffee and teahouses, and restaurants.
I offer flexible hours and can offer evening and weekend appointments as needed. Concessionary rates are offered to essential workers and others experiencing financial challenges, upon request.
My first session
The first session is a time for you to help me understand who you are, what your priorities and objectives are. We will spend time with me outlining my approach to counselling and psychotherapy in general, and how we might work together on your specific concerns and goals. We will agree a schedule and frequency to best support your objectives.

About me and my therapy practice
I am a seasoned clinician practicing with an integrative approach. I am currently enrolled in a supervision course through CPPD, and am seeking supervisees as I complete this training. I will offer reduced rates to compensate for my trainee supervisor status. I offer in-person and virtual sessions, with flexible scheduling.
Practice description
I have undertaken advanced, post-Master's degree training in the support of clients with issues related to trauma and mental health management through crisis and disaster situations. I practice holistically and with a fully customised approach with each client, and will do so with supervisees as well.
