About me and my therapy practice
I help people to connect more fully with themselves, each other and the world around them. My experience includes working with health issues, sexuality, gender identity and relationships.
My background is working in the LGBTIQ+ and homeless sectors. I have an interest in body psychotherapy and wild therapy. Alongside my counselling practice I am studying massage.
My approach is integrative, encompassing various modalities, with a focus on relational and a core training in psychosynthesis. I work in a person centred way with clients who I see on a long-term, short-term and medium term basis.
I am based in Spitalfields, near Liverpool St, E1 and also Clapton, Hackney, East London E8.
I provide a safe, accepting and supportive space to explore and work through feelings, thoughts, images and experiences.
